Our servers are housed in a private cage in a secure UK data centre, with professional 24/7 attention to security, power and environment control.
Security
The entire site is monitored by CCTV cameras both internally and externally and is manned by a security force 24 hours a day. Smartcard access strictly limits and monitors personnel movement within the facility.

Dual independent 11kV power feeds. Dual battery string Chloride UPS. Dual Cummins 1.4 Megawatt diesel generator sets. Dual diverse power to racks.
Fire & Flood Control
VESDA smoke detection system Wormald Fine Mist suppression system CO2 and EB3 extinguishers Raychem leak detection system
Air Conditioning
The facility is air-conditioned and temperature controlled. Air handling units push air up from the floor, through our racks and out via the ceiling.
