Level(3) Circuit Live

We have added a 1Gbps Level(3) upstream bandwidth circuit in our Interxion London City hosting location. Level(3) was selected largely on the strength of its peering - we are now only one hop away from an additional 2,136 networks. They are also a perfect complement to our existing connectivity as Level(3) maintains central London fiber routes to its US and European networks that are independent of the Docklands area.

Level(3) Communications operates a Tier-1 intercity network (AS3356) covering 67,000 miles and local networks in 116 cities in North America and an intercity network covering 10,000 miles and more than 20 countries across Europe, including Western, Southern, Northern, Central and Eastern regions. Level(3) maintains over 100 Gbit/s of trans-Atlantic bandwidth via OC-192 and 10GigE circuits.

Our bandwidth mix is now stronger than ever with a heavyweight line-up of

  • Level(3)
  • NTT
  • Global Crossing
  • Tiscali International
  • LINX (x2)

with total London connectivity now at 6Gbps, with more to come (watch this space!).
